We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable individuals with ABA or school aide experience to fill School Aide roles in general education and special education classrooms. You'll be assigned to support one student or classroom throughout the day, helping our learners succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically. What You’ll Do Help students transition between tasks and environments Collaborate with teachers and clinical supervisors to implement individualized plans Collect and graph behavior data daily to track progress Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members Stay aligned with behavior intervention plans and contribute to goal setting Learn and utilize behavior analytic strategies Benefits Free supervision for students pursuing their BCBA or RBT certification Weekly training and hands‑on experience with a supportive clinical team Mentorship and tutoring from BCBAs who understand your path (we’re 100% BCBA-owned and operated!)
