Change Manager

Change Manager Location: Houston, TX, with some travel Duration: 10 month + Contract OCM Job Responsibilities Develop communication plans to build awareness and buy-in (whats in it for me) Assess stakeholder expectations and build engagement approaches to partner with the business to increase speed of adoption Identify organizational impacts of these initiatives and develop strategies that lead to successful adoption Activate business and function leaders to lead the change within their area of responsibility Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies Creates and enables reinforcements and celebrations of success to increase employee engagement and buy-in. Analyze skills/learning needs and develop training approaches and curricula to help workforce adopt new technologies and ways of working Assess organization alignment and readiness for change and develop interventions to improve Create and assist in the creation of adoption strategies for changes Track and report on key metrics around adoption and change success Required Skills: This person needs to come from a large enterprise company. If this person has supply chain OCM project experience, it is a huge plus. If this person comes from an oil and gas company, this is also a huge plus. Basic Qualification: need a sr. level resource with ideally 7+ yrs of OCM experience. Additional Skills: need a sr.
