Job Description

A value‑based primary care organization dedicated to delivering concierge‑level care to seniors, without added costs, is actively expanding its presence in Maryland. Serving the over‑65 population, the group has established clinics in Baltimore, Woodlawn, and Halethorpe and continues to grow its footprint. They are currently seeking Geriatric physicians to join their team and support this patient‑focused, outcomes‑driven model of care.

This Position Offers:

• Very Solid Pay ($250K-$295K range) with a Signing bonus and Quality Bonus
• Strong earning potential with $250K-$295K base, plus sign‑on
• Make an additional $45K to $85K on top of the base salary
• Reduced patient volumes – smaller patient panels allowing for more meaningful patient care
• Outpatient‑only practice with minimal call responsibilities
• A collaborative, team‑based care model including physicians, APPs, pharmacists, behavioral health, care coordinators, and support staff
• Strong administrative and clinical support, including quality‑based coders and referral specialists
• Value‑based care model focused on outcomes, not volume (no fee‑for‑service pressure)
