Clinical Supervisor – Onamia, MN Nexus Family Healing is excited to add a Clinical Supervisor to our residential team in Onamia. The role involves trauma‑informed, family‑centered care for boys ages 10‑19 with significant mental health challenges and harmful sexual behaviors. Evidence‑Based Practices Therapy – Individual, Family, and Group EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) TF‑CBT (Trauma‑Focused Cognitive‑Based Therapy) Vocational Skill Development Experiential Therapy – Sensory, Movement, Sand, Animal Interactions, and Play Responsibilities Provides and ensures a trauma‑informed environment Reviews treatment plans and ensures programming is individualized, strength based, and monitors staff skill development regarding youth issues, individual client treatment plans, behavior management, and case file documentation Works with leadership to lead clinical training and treatment conferences for the team Drives effective delivery of treatment services per company guidelines and policies for individual and group therapy, psychoeducational groups, and development of transitional plans Initiates, identifies and analyzes potential or current problems or risk factors of the program and generates alternative solutions and sound decisions Collaborates with the Executive Director in evaluating long‑term changes that support the therapeutic process Ensures program preparedness regarding intake, safety planning, and treatment needs Provides regular engagement with client families and addresses family concerns Ensures compliance with all statutes and regulatory licenses Facilitates weekly staff meetings to review operations, client, and programming needs Ensures accurate and consistent documentation production Provides ongoing performance management for staff and conducts formal evaluations that include a development component In coordination with CQI, reviews program data and looks for client and program trends, risks, and compliance requirements Maintains accountability and oversight of treatment processes and the clinical team Participates in the selection, training and ongoing development of direct report positions Requirements Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a clinically related field Experience in adolescent, adult, and family‑based behavioral counseling and/or residential experience Valid driver’s license meeting state regulatory and corporate driving requirements Currently hold a LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC license Successfully pass a DHS criminal background check All client‑facing employees must complete Handle With Care behavior intervention method exam and training Nice to Have Five years of experience in adolescent, adult, and family‑based behavioral counseling and/or residential experience preferred Two years of supervisory experience preferred ICARE Values Innovation: Leading the way and implementing creative, cutting‑edge ideas Compassion: Listening, honoring differences, and showing respect, kindness, empathy, care, and concern Agility: Exhibiting flexibility and adapting quickly Responsiveness: Being quick, positive, and accurate Excellence: Demonstrating quality results that surpass ordinary standards Location 407 130th Ave S, Onamia, MN 56359 #J-18808-Ljbffr
