You own the P&L, the guest experience, and the growth of your people.Drive the Rush: Manage high-volume dayparts with a focus on "Gold Standard" speed-of-service and order accuracy.Master the P&L: Take full accountability for food costs, labor optimization, and inventory. You'll analyze weekly data to ensure the store is running at peak profitability.Develop a Winning Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a crew of 40+.
