Our client is hiring 2 Accounting Managers to support our growing Finance organization. These are separate roles — candidates may apply to the Reporting or Cost Accounting. Reporting Accounting Manager - ($115k - $135k) Focus: Financial Reporting • Month-End Close • Compliance Responsibilities: Lead monthly/quarterly close and financial reporting Prepare financial statements and corporate reporting packages Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls Manage reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support Drive reporting improvements and standardization Qualifications:

CPA/MBA

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance 5–10 years of reporting experience Strong GAAP and ERP skills (SAP/Oracle) Cost Accounting Manager - ($110k - $130k) Focus: Standard Costing • Inventory Accounting • Manufacturing Analysis Responsibilities: Lead standard costing, cost rolls, and annual updates Manage inventory accounting and variance analysis (PPV, labor, overhead) Analyze manufacturing performance and cost drivers Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement Strengthen cost controls and ERP utilization Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance 5–10 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing Strong costing, inventory, and ERP skills Judge Direct Placement
