Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. Currently hiring for 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift, full-time and part-time. Great differential pay, plus pickup bonuses.

Job Summary:
As an LPN at Saint John Paul II , you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of our healthcare professionals. Focused on exceptional patient outcomes, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, vital signs, and medication administration
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and document patient progress and report any concerns or changes to the healthcare team
• Participate in patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to providing exceptional patient care and service
