The Limited Radiology Technician & Medical Assistant performs patient-oriented procedures under thesupervision of a radiology department supervisor, manager and/or Radiologist and is responsible forradiographing patients for diagnostic purposes, within their scope of practice. Required Skills Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment which may include a considerable amount walking, and physical assistance for patients. Strong verbal and written skills. Knowledge of medical terminology, infection control and safety. Adaptability and accuracy. Must have good visual acuity and motor coordination. Strong clinical skills. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities KSAs Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions. Strong computer skills (data entry and typing). Bilingual (Spanish and English) Talking or hearing essential to communicate with patients and staff. Good communication skills; read, speaks, and writes English fluently. Bilingual skills preferred.
