About the Role

Applicants for the Vice President for Research and Innovation position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, with a strong record of research and scholarly achievement. The role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in research administration, including experience in securing and managing external funding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the research and innovation landscape, both nationally and internationally, and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. A background in fostering a diverse and inclusive research environment, as well as experience in promoting technology transfer and commercialization, is highly desirable.
