Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM

The Role

We are seeking heart-led, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caregiving team.

As a CNA at Bethea, you are the heart and soul of our residents' daily lives. Whether you prefer the vibrant morning routine of Day Shift (7a–7p) or the quiet, supportive rhythm of Night Shift (7p–7a) , you will provide the hands-on care, comfort, and companionship that make our community feel like home.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Daily Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene, with dignity and respect.

• Mobility Support: Help residents transfer safely, walk, and position comfortably using proper body mechanics and equipment.

• Vital Signs & Monitoring: Take and record vital signs, weights, and daily care tasks; promptly report any changes in a resident’s physical or emotional condition to the Charge Nurse.

• Dining Assistance: Assist with meal setup, feeding, and monitoring fluid and nutritional intake.

• Community & Connection: Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and foster warm, positive relationships with our residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of South Carolina (or eligible for reciprocity).

• Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification preferred.

• Experience: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting is a plus, but new graduates with a great work ethic and a passion for seniors are welcome!

• Skillset: Strong physical stamina, reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and an empathetic, patient-first mindset.
