GENERAL MANAGER

Location: PM Grand, 175 Virginia Avenue, Smithers, WV, 25186 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our location in Smithers, WV. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Manage and motivate a team of employees Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets Monitor and analyze sales performance and make adjustments as needed Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff Qualifications: Previous experience in a managerial role Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of sales and marketing principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
