We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Merchandising Planogram Specialist to lead the development and maintenance of effective in-store visual layouts. This role involves creating, updating, and managing planograms to optimize product placement. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with field teams and merchandising staff to ensure planograms are accurately implemented and reflect current product assortments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design comprehensive planograms that align with merchandising strategies and store layouts.
• Regularly update planograms to incorporate new products, discontinued items, and promotional displays.
• Create detailed reports for the team to facilitate updates in the field, ensuring accurate placement of products.
• Track productivity related to planogram implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or related fields with a focus on planogram management.
• Strong understanding of retail layouts, product placement strategies, and visual presentation principles.
• Proficiency in planogram software tools and reporting systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create detailed reports and track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable merchandising plans.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members at various levels.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to updating and maintaining accurate planograms.
• Flexibility to adapt plans based on evolving product lines, store layouts, or market trends.
