Position Details Facility: BayCare Health System - Sleep Disorders Location: Morton Plant Hospital Status: PRN, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 6:30PM - 7:00AM Shift: Nights Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No The Polysomnographic Technologist II is responsible for the performance of all the Sleep Disorders Center procedures in accordance with technical standards in the essential job functions approved by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST), and the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT). A Sleep Technologist II can provide supervision of a Sleep Technologist I. Experience Polysomnography: 1 year required Electroencephalography (EEG): 1 year required Respiratory Therapist (RRT): 1 year required Preferred: 1 year Polysomnography Education High school or equivalent Technical Diploma/Associates Degree - Polysomnographic; Or Technical - Electroencephalogram (EEG); Or Technical Respiratory Therapy Credentials BLS (Basic Life Support) RPSGT (polysomnography) / RRT/CRT / Relevant Specialty Please apply if you are looking for an amazing career opportunity, the chance to be part of an amazing team, and a great place to work!
