At We Hang Christmas Lights Orlando , we transform homes, businesses, resorts, and destinations into stunning holiday displays seen by thousands throughout Central Florida.

We're looking for an experienced Lead Holiday Lighting Crew Leader who can take ownership of a crew, drive production, maintain quality, and lead by example in the field.

This isn't an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who has successfully led teams before and knows how to keep people organized, productive, safe, and accountable.

If you've been a Foreman, Crew Leader, Installation Supervisor, or Field Manager and enjoy building great teams while delivering high-quality work, we'd like to talk with you.

Holiday lighting experience is a plus, but not required. We can teach the lighting. We can't teach leadership.

What You'll Do

Lead and Develop Your Crew

• Set the pace and lead by example
• Organize daily assignments and production goals
• Train, coach, and develop crew members
• Maintain accountability for quality, productivity, and safety
• Keep your team motivated, engaged, and moving efficiently
• Communicate effectively with management and support teams

Own the Job Site

• Review project plans and installation requirements
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and labor
• Solve problems quickly and confidently in the field
• Maintain production throughout the project
• Ensure work meets company quality standards
• Deliver a professional client experience from start to finish

Build Incredible Holiday Displays

• Lead installations on homes, commercial properties, resorts, HOAs, and retail destinations
• Oversee roofline lighting, tree lighting, wreaths, garland, décor, and specialty displays
• Troubleshoot challenges and adjust plans as needed
• Ensure installations are safe, clean, and visually outstanding
