Radiologic Technologist - Twin Cities Orthopedics

The Radiologic Technologist will perform quality x-rays per physician’s orders while providingexcellent service to patients.

This is a part-time role (0.075 FTE), working every other Sunday, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM out of our Brooklyn Park, Otsego, Coon Rapids & Blaine Urgent Care location.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions:

• Perform and develop quality x-rays on designated portions of the body for physician’s use indiagnosing and treating illness or injury
• Inform and prepare patients for procedure
• Maintain radiology files, including internal and external films
• Prepare, clean, and stock work area with supplies
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair
• Maintain the necessary precautions for excessive exposure to radiation
• May supply patients with requested x-rays
• Assist provider teams in obtaining imaging from other medical facilities for clinics andsurgeries as needed
• Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program
• ARRT Certification in radiology
• Previous radiology experience preferred

• Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.

The pay range displayed reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated for employees working less than a full-time schedule.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work independently at least 90% of the time.
• Frequentlylift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequentlypush/pull patients up to 50 pounds, or patients in wheelchairs weighing up to 300 pounds.
• Frequentlystand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents.
• Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly.
• Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer).
