Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance Pay commensurate with experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operating forklift Setting up and preparing machinery for production run Ensuring product quality by performing inspection and monitoring process Maintain clean and orderly work area and perform routing cleanup duties within shop Other duties as assigned by supervisor Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Crane, hoist, and forklift operation Experience with industrial machinery preferred, including band saw, plasma and flame CNC cutting, blanchard grinding, and other steel processing equipment Ability to always operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner Ability to accurately use measuring instruments and perform basic math operations Ability to communicate in English Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic mechanical aptitude and preventive maintenance skills Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Must demonstrate prior evidence of a commitment to safety Physical Demands Light to heavy lifting. Must be able to lift 55 lbs. to pick up bed height on a regular basis. Must be able to stand, sit, grip, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
