Position Overview:

As an Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers
• Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients
• Implement company-wide fitness and sales initiatives
• Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a competitive mindset
• Oversee daily operations related to personal training and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

· CPR Certification (required) · Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) · Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals · Strong communication, organization, and time management skills · Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting
