Franchise Sales Consultant
The ideal Franchise Sales Consultant will identify prospective franchise purchasers, helps them understand the Brightway model, qualifies them and closes the sale with a signed contract. Help drive our sales and grow the business within the Franchise Sales department. You will be the external face of Brightway and directly responsible for adding franchises and growing our Brightway business!

Job Responsibilities
- Understands the business, the profile of a successful franchisee, and our sales process, identifies, works, and manages potential sources of franchisees
- Demonstrates the ability to learn and apply the BWI value proposition, organization and supporting shared services and teams that will have a direct impact to conversations with prospects that generates and leads to opportunities to secure new contracts.
- Initiates and executes outbound prospecting and communication strategies, with a focus on captive agents and IA agent producers/owners, as well as producers in targeted geographic areas.
- Proactively makes outbound calls or sends emails to prospects to sell company's features and benefits
- Identifies and re-engages current dormant prospect opportunities, providing timely disposition of timing considerations, focusing on states where we have a stronger market alignment and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
- Cultivates positive relationship with current franchisees, using them as references for potential franchisees as appropriate
- Manages ongoing workload effectively and efficiently; using strong organizational skills, develops calendars and checklists for certain ongoing work
- Regularly checks email and other systems through which work is requested
- Documents activities and follow up in appropriate systems regularly and accurately
- Documents processes followed in order to ensure tasks are able to be replicated accurately
- Maintains process and procedure manual for the area
- Proactively identifies process improvements that make the department more efficient and effective
- Listens to, and incorporates, feedback
- Works as part of a team, ensuring work done is complementary and not duplicative or conflicting
Skills, Licenses, Certifications
- Expert in consultative selling and a proven track record of closing complex deals
- Superior understanding of the Brightway model, how current franchisees are leveraging
- Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy; exceptional attention to detail
- Superior customer service mindset; a desire and ability to deliver service that provides a high level of satisfaction
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and must be comfortable with Salesforce and other CRM's
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Ability to cold call and B2B sales
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Insurance P&C a Plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communicator; must be able to convey ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent independent judgment and decision making
- Understanding of Brightway systems; regularly updates activities accurately
- Ability to learn, embrace and put into practice new concepts and skills
- Superior ability to manage own time, activities and resources; models behavior for others
- Can demonstrate Brightway values of Smart, Accountable and Trustworthy.
Education and Experience
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 5 years experience in a related field. This position is a remote role, however ideally located in Dallas, Houston or Charlotte.
