Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (36 hours/week) | Weekend day shifts (Friday/Saturday) plus one weekday

Highlights:

• Float to multiple Intensive Care Units including Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, and Cardiology/Diagnostics
• Exposure to diverse critical care patient populations including transplant patients (kidney, liver, lung, heart)
• Work with advanced critical care equipment and procedures in a comprehensive academic medical system
• Epic charting system
• Interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Rapid Response Teams, Physical Therapy, and more
• Travel experience welcome; local candidates accepted

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact or Ohio state license required)
• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Flexibility to float across multiple ICU specialties and other units as needed
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Strong critical care skills including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Experience with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure management
• 2 professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership role)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
