Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Third Shift (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians

- Monitor patient health status and record vital signs accurately

- Assist with patient assessments and implement care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety

- Document patient information and care activities in accordance with facility policies

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar environment

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work third shift hours (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.)

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
