Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide medication administration and monitor residents for any changes in health status
• Support residents in engaging in recreational and social activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress
• Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized care plans

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred
• Certification as a Med Tech or willingness to obtain certification
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required
