J ob responsibilities include but are not limited t o:

In this role, you will primarily focus on serving the mental health (MH) needs of our youth population.

You will collaborate closely with our Medical Director, Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) and Qualified Mental Health Specialists (QMHSs), ensuring a team-based approach to care. Diagnosis of psychiatric disorders, comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management and interval review, ordering of appropriate laboratory studies and frequent monitoring of medication response.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant license in Ohio.
• Certification in psychiatric-mental health (PMHNP).
• Experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for community-focused, patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health records(EHR) systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients ages 5 to 18.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.

Experience (preferred):
 Mental Health: 5 years

License:
Active NP license to practice in the state of Ohio
