Roastery Operations Supervisor — Lead Training, Quality & Growth

Equal Exchange

Equal Exchange in Bridgewater, MA is seeking a Roastery Operations Supervisor to support the daily production of the coffee roastery, lead roasting and packaging operations, and drive process improvements in QC, safety, and equipment maintenance. You will supervise a small team, maintain GMP/HACCP compliance, and collaborate with maintenance and procurement to source tools and inputs.
