Job Summary: (ServiceNow Technical Consultant / SME)

Position Titles: ServiceNow Technical Consultant, ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Experience Required: 10-15 years

Duration: 3-6 months

Work Schedule: Part-time (3-4 hours per day)

Employment Type: W2 only

Compensation: $60-70 per hour (W2)

Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM
- Experience with Asset Management and Request Management
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Experience handling Change Queues
