Registered Nurse - PRN

Role: Registered Nurse providing professional, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Responsibilities Ensuring safe, accurate, and timely patient care, medication administration, and fostering a therapeutic environment. Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Supporting educational needs of patients and families, and adhering to hospital standards to promote teamwork and safety. Promoting personal professional growth and development, and performing assigned duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Basic Life Support certification. Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one. At least six months RN experience.
