When you apply, tell us: “Why did you become a nurse?” What You’ll Do Complete skilled nursing visits and patient assessments Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions Develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patient progress and changes in condition Communicate with physicians and the care team Complete required clinical documentation Travel between patient visits We serve Medicaid and private‑pay patients, so NO OASIS documentation is required.
