• Maintaining a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
• Communicating effectively with guests and staff to ensure timely seating
• Handling guest inquiries and providing information about the establishment
• Managing waitlists and monitoring guest flow during busy periods
• Assisting with maintaining health and safety standards in the front-of-house area
