Compliance Director - Clinical Regulatory focus

Compliance Director – Clinical Regulatory focus Location and Work Arrangement: This role requires associates to be in‑office 3 days per week. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. Responsibilities Direct projects, initiatives, regulatory sanctions, executive‑sponsored initiatives, regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditations, on‑site reviews, risk assessments. Plan and conduct audit training, mock audits, manage audit evidence preparation, and assess audit preparedness. Lead compliance monitoring to identify process gaps, validate compliance levels, map processes, draft corrective actions/remediation plans, oversee implementation, and prepare reports/presentations. Lead complex investigations and document findings. Develop strategic plans, recommend to leadership, and design/implement the annual compliance plan. Build strong relationships with key leaders to identify and address compliance risks and failures, and manage action plans to fully mitigate risk. Minimum Requirements BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of healthcare, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Strong awareness and familiarity with compliance in a direct patient‑care clinical environment (Infusion, Home Health, Specialty Pharmacy). Strong clinical credibility and regulatory understanding in a clinical environment. Registered Nurse (RN) experience or MSN preferred; active license not required. Strong leadership/managerial skills and ability to motivate/coach staff. Ready to travel to worksites and other locations as necessary.
