About the Role

The Company is in need of a Vice President of Information Technology to spearhead the transformation, modernization, and operational excellence of its enterprise infrastructure environment. This remote leadership position is pivotal in enhancing the stability, scalability, security, and efficiency of the infrastructure while also building a high-performing technology organization. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technology leader, driving infrastructure modernization, optimizing processes, and establishing a resilient, audit-ready technology foundation. Key responsibilities include leading infrastructure transformation and operations, driving improvements in system performance, and developing strategies for availability and disaster recovery. The role also involves leadership and team development, cloud and enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and risk management, as well as financial and vendor management. Applicants for the Vice President of Information Technology role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with at least 8 years' in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing infrastructure transformation initiatives, leading technical teams, and a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure. Experience in security architecture, compliance frameworks, and a strong understanding of modern cloud and enterprise infrastructure practices are essential. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills, who can effectively partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives.
