In your role as a Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health unit, you will be essential in providing top-notch care to patients. Your skills and commitment will foster a nurturing environment where individuals can heal and flourish.

• Implement the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to established nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
• Maintain documentation in line with care standards
• Design, initiate, and implement individualized patient care plans
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives within the department or unit
• Offer clinical expertise and support to other units or departments
• Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience, escalating issues as necessary
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting
• Current RN license in Wisconsin or a Multi-state license
• CPR and BLS certifications are mandatory
