Production/Production Engineer/Production Manager/Chemical Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement/Plant Safety/Manufacturing environment Located 23 minutes north of Memphis, TN, our client is a global chemical manufacturer seeking a hands‑on Production Manager to lead safe, efficient, and cost‑effective manufacturing operations while driving lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee plant manufacturing operations to achieve production goals safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Develop production strategies, optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity. Ensure product quality and ISO compliance. Partner with teams to investigate and resolve quality issues. Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring OSHA and environmental compliance. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to maintain safe operations. Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; other engineering degrees may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement experience. Strong hands‑on approach with the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
