Genesys Cloud CX Development| Visual Tools
From a high-level Architect's perspective, building voice/digital bots. While having a foundation understanding of variables, loops, decision logic, and switch statements
To build voice/digital bots in Genesys Cloud CX, any required integrations, additional technical skills may be valuable or necessary.

Integration & Backend Skills-

• Working with APIs to exchange information with other tools
• Writing scripts or code to handle special logic
• REST APIs: For connecting to external systems, databases, or services using Genesys APIs (users, conversations, analytics, etc.)
• OAuth & Authentication: Managing secure access when calling external systems
• configuring and customizing.

• Need additional skills on advanced or customized bot needs to be. For example:
• JavaScript - Often used when building connectors between Genesys and other systems. It can also help add extra logic behind the scenes (like in cloud environments such as AWS).
• Python - Commonly used in AI projects. If you're connecting your bot to smart services (like Google or Amazon AI tools), this can be very helpful.
