Role: Data Architect Location: Charlotte, NC or Malvern, PA- 3 days/week Duration: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and implement scalable enterprise data architectures that support operational, analytical, and AI-driven workloads. The ideal candidate will define physical and logical data models, develop architecture blueprints, evaluate data platforms, and guide enterprise data strategy while collaborating with cross-functional technology and business teams. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain enterprise physical and logical data architecture. Develop data architecture blueprints that align business and technical requirements. Design scalable data platforms supporting operational, analytical, and reporting workloads. Evaluate and recommend data platforms, technologies, and integration solutions. Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to define enterprise data architecture standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance on data architecture best practices. Participate in architecture reviews, governance, and strategic technology initiatives. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 13+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years as a Data or Technology Architect. Strong experience in Enterprise Data Architecture. Hands-on experience with AWS Data Services. Expertise in Data Modelling (conceptual, logical, and physical). Experience designing Data Lakehouse architectures. Strong understanding of data integration, data governance, and modern data platforms. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Master's degree in a related field. Experience with Databricks. Knowledge of Semantic Modelling and Dimensional Modelling. Experience designing modern cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions. Familiarity with enterprise data governance and architecture frameworks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
