Technology Program Director - Delivery Oversight, Audit & Risk Management

Position Title: Technology Program Director – Delivery Oversight, Audit & Risk Management Location: This role requires associates to be in‑office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. How you will make an impact: Provide strategic planning analysis to ELT concerning staffing needs on short to long term basis based on program projections. Provide strategic direction for developing enterprise project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risk, contingency plan and allocation of resources. Provide expert knowledge of project management methodology approaches, techniques and tools to senior management. Direct system analysts, software designers and programmers to determine best methods to achieve project objectives. Coach and mentor project team members; mentor other project managers around project management methodology; determine project scope. Minimum Requirements: Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 15 years of enterprise project management experience in broad-based information systems managing increasing project size and complexity that are transformational in nature for the organization, full life‑cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Experience in program/project management, delivery management, PMO, or program governance roles. Must have experience in effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment, communicating and influencing effectively at all levels of an organization. Experience in coaching and mentoring project team members. Experience using portfolio management application and Rational tools. Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills, including presenting risks/issues and facilitating decisions. Project management certification (PMP).
