Revenue Cycle Analytics Director for AI Evaluation

Shape AI-enabled revenue cycle intelligence by applying your expertise in RCM analytics, financial reporting, and decision support. This remote role focuses on evaluating and improving AI-generated insights that support financial decision-making across the revenue cycle. Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue cycle analytics, reporting, and decision-support work that drives data-informed improvement across RCM operations.
- Evaluate AI-generated revenue cycle analyses, KPI dashboards, and financial modeling recommendations for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for patient access, coding, billing, denials, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Build and interpret dashboards, scorecards, and trend analyses for operational and executive decision-making.
- Investigate revenue cycle performance variances and develop data-backed improvement recommendations.
- Partner with finance, IT, and revenue cycle operations teams to align analytics infrastructure with strategic priorities.
- Manage RCM data governance, including definitions, quality standards, and reporting consistency.
- Support forecasting, budget modeling, and net revenue realization analysis.
- Annotate AI outputs and provide structured analytical feedback for AI training datasets.
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle analytics, RCM reporting, or healthcare financial decision support, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of revenue cycle KPIs and financial metrics across patient access, coding, billing, denials, and collections.
- Proficiency with healthcare analytics platforms, BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and SQL-based data analysis.
- Experience with EHR-integrated analytics platforms and RCM reporting systems.
- Strong financial modeling and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify data-quality issues and analytical errors in AI-generated outputs.
- HFMA CRCR, CHFP, or a healthcare analytics certification.
- Experience with predictive analytics, revenue cycle forecasting, and net revenue modeling.
- Experience in health systems, large physician enterprises, or RCM outsourcing analytics operations.
- Familiarity with AI tools and comfort assessing AI-generated analytics content.
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide revenue cycle analytics infrastructure or BI platform migrations.
- Remote, hourly engagement.
- $100 per hour.
- Contribute to high-impact healthcare AI work and gain exposure to advanced AI workflows in revenue cycle analytics and decision support.
