- Maintains overall Content and Delivery Management governance and quality
- Serves as the training and education s for HR and Military Pay programs within AFPC Field Support
- Facilitates communication, documentation and training between the field and offices within AFPC
- Represents Air Force with a variety of organizations and external agencies
- Must complete initial online questionnaire and additional assessment(s)
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Males must be registered for Selective Service, see
- Position must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- If authorized, PCS will be paid IAW JTR and AF Regulations. If receiving an authorized PCS, you may be subject to completing/signing a CONUS agreement. More information on PCS requirements, may be found at:

- All federal employees are required to have direct deposit.
- Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period.
- Upon completion of your probationary/trial period, your employment will be terminated unless you receive certification, in writing, that your continued employment advances the public interest.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- May be required to work other than normal duty hours and tours of duty such as shift work, overtime, weekends, call back, uncommon tour of duty, holidays, etc.
- Incumbent may be required to travel as directed by management, sometimes on short notice, traveling by military or commercial aircraft or any other designated means.
- Knowledge of interpreting and applying a wide range of Human Resources and military pay policies, procedures, and regulations sufficient to review, comment, and address issues related to various personnel and military pay processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of websites, content management technology and other automated systems.
- Knowledge of Human Resources and military pay principles, concepts and practices.
- Skills in planning and organizing, create work processes, training documentation, utilizes instructional training design, adult learning theories, strategies and tools to identify, measure performance, learning goals and objectives.
- Skills in communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to manage assigned staff, large ad hoc groups and other functional teams.

- Signature by, or by direction of the adjutant, personnel office, unit commander, or higher headquarters commander.
