Construction Project Coordinator

Summary:We've partnered with a real estate investment, construction, and property management firm in search of a Construction Project Coordinator to join their growing team! This is a hands-on, field-focused role supporting the construction team from the owner side, working closely with general contractors to keep projects on track. Office Location: Brookfield, WI (Position entails field work, regional travel)Responsibilities:Coordinate day to day activities for multifamily renovation and new construction projects

Work directly with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors

Assist with scheduling, scopes of work, estimates, and bid coordination

Conduct job site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality

Identify issues early and support resolution to minimize delays

Track project schedules and support budget oversight

Assist with final walkthroughs, punch lists, and project closeout

Balance field work with light office-based planning and coordination

Qualifications:3+ years of experience in construction coordination, project coordination, or project management

Hands-on experience in residential, multifamily, or commercial construction

Experience with multifamily or affordable housing projects is a plus

Comfortable working in the field majority of the time; clean driving record (company vehicle provided)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office#MMAS
