I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before opening the agency, I worked for Prudential Bank and later in construction. I'm a graduate of Cal State Long Beach, enjoy hunting, training dogs, and spending time on my farm, and family is an important part of my life.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dave Milloy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
