Bring your strategic mindset and innovative ideas to help ALLO grow.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Source and build a robust talent pipeline through creative recruiting strategies to attract both passive and non-passive candidates to ALLO opportunities.* Be the face of ALLO by building community relationships and promoting our brand.* Partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless and successful hiring outcomes.* Act as a culture champion, ensuring every hire aligns with ALLO’s values.* Manage the hiring process from screening, interviews and offers.* Stay compliant with employment laws and company policies.EDUCATION:* College degree or equivalent experienceEXPERIENCE:* 2+ years in high-volume or technical recruiting* Plus proven experience recruiting for a broad spectrum of roles, ranging from high-volume hiring to technical and sales positionsSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:* Solution-focused to implement creative strategies to bring top talent to ALLO* Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized* Clear communicator with exceptional time management* Agile, adaptable, and able to navigate changing priorities* Collaborative and excellent team playerREQUIREMENTS:* Raise objects up to 25 lbs.* Remain stationary for extended periods* Ability to communicate information* Ability to operate a computer* Possess/maintain a Valid Driver's License* Travel requirement 10%People are our passion.
