About the Role:

Reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales and Customer Service, this role supports customer service and inside sales for domestic and 
international accounts — handling quote and order inquiries, resolving customer issues, and proactively pursuing sales leads. Success 
in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective prioritization, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external sales reps and customers— placing orders, generating quotations, and 
• proactively communicating order status and other pertinent information.
• Follow up proactively on domestic and international sales leads, advocating CS Unitec product solutions.
• Develop and manage distributor account relationships, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate sales proposals for new accounts and expedite orders for domestic and international customers.
• Answer customer questions regarding pricing, availability, order status, RMAs, backorders, billing, and distributor locations.
• Manage the sales lead process, including organizing and maintaining the CRM database.
• Support outside sales staff as needed.
• Travel to tradeshows outside Connecticut as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word) and CRM; experience with Prophet 21 ERP System is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred, ideally including work with international customers and distributors.
• Familiarity with marketing literature and inventory management is a plus.
• Understanding of how the Company’s independent sales reps, and customers interrelate is advantageous

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to work at a computer for 8 hours.
