Licensed Insurance Client Manager - Commercial Lines Full-time Department Name: Customer Service Office Type: Hybrid Compensation: USD 80,000 - USD 107,000 - yearly Responsible for supporting the middle‑market Client Executives in client service and internal support consistent with strong insurance industry standards. Responsibilities Assist the Account Executive with the account life cycle consistent with industry standards. Invoicing Binders Certificates of Insurance Contribute to Client Retention through excellent service and follow through. Build and maintain market relationships assisting the Account Executive with marketing activities pre‑ and post‑renewal. Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis as needed and document all correspondence by attaching it in the agency management system (AMS360). Work with and assist accounting department on clients' aged receivables and account reconciliation. Assist team with various presentation preparations, and other projects as assigned. May report to either Woodland Hills, CA or Corona, CA offices. Qualifications CA P&C Broker License Minimum 3‑5 years of insurance industry experience Experience using AMS360 preferred High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment Legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
