The role includes travel of up approximately 2 days per week in the community (home, CSB, or hospital visits as needed) and 3 days working from home.Standard Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST, M-FOverviewThis position will work with members under Sentara Health Plans who are both medically and behaviorally complex. The population will include children, adolescents, and adults.EducationBachelor's Degree (Required)Certification/LicensureRequired license must be valid in state of practice. The base pay range for full-time employment is $73,964.80 - $112,902.40 annually. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
