Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, establishing individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique circumstances. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, to individuals, couples, and families. \n
- Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adapting techniques to suit individual client needs. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering rigorously to ethical guidelines and legal standards. \n
- Engage in continuous learning by attending workshops and professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, with a solid understanding of individual and group therapy protocols. \n
- A thorough knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertinent to counseling practice. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients and foster therapeutic alliances. \n
- Demonstrated capacity to work cooperatively within a healthcare team, contributing to holistic patient care. \n
- Proficiency in using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software and familiarity with telehealth platforms for effective service delivery. \n

- Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, and treatment related to substance use and trauma is highly desirable. \n
- A background in trauma-informed care and familiarity with contemporary mental health research will be considered an asset. \n

- The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. \n
