Position Highlights

Step into an established ENT practice with immediate patient demand due to a retiring physician
Flexible schedule with autonomy over clinic structure and optional 4-day work week
Dedicated OR block time with additional access through the Surgery Center as volume grows
Collaborative team environment with physician and APP support already in place
Broad-scope General ENT practice with flexibility to tailor procedural interests and build subspecialty focus

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation package aligned above MGMA 90th percentile benchmarks
Uncapped productivity model with significant earning upside
$150,000 sign-on package plus $100,000 long-term retention incentive

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited program
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
Open to both experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows
