Job Description: Job Role: Guidewire Test Automation Lead Job Location: Plano, TX 75024 / INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46240-3797 / Portsmouth, NH 03801 / Boston MA 02116 / Seattle, WA - 98154 ( Day 1 Onsite hybrid -2 Days/Week) Job Type: Full Time Salary Range: $120000 to $160000/Annum + Full Time Benefits Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Seeking an experienced Guidewire Test Automation Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter) testing and UI automation. The role involves leading automation strategy, framework development, and end-to-end testing in Agile delivery models. Required Skills: • 7+ years in QA with strong Guidewire testing experience • Hands-on automation using Playwright and/or Selenium • Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge • Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, test management tools • API testing and basic SQL knowledge Good to Have: • Guidewire Cloud/SaaS experience • CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bamboo) Roles & Responsibilities • Lead test automation for Guidewire applications (PC/CC/BC) • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium • Drive automation execution for System, Integration, and Regression Testing • Mentor automation engineers and perform code reviews • Collaborating with business and development teams in Agile environments • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and report quality metrics Generic Managerial Skills, If any • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • High ownership mindset with proactive issue resolution • Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field • Prior enterprise or BFSI experience preferred Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
