Bilingual Shift Lead On-Site Training & Support

We are seeking an On-Site Lead/Bilingual Shift Support associate to assist with daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing translation support in English and Spanish or Haitian Creole, helping new associates through onboarding, and assisting on-site managers with performance coaching. This role requires effective communication skills, prior experience in support roles, and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
