Job Description: To develop the team and store for future growth with a focus on a specific area. Run day-to-day operations to ensure that store culture and customer satisfaction are the top priorities at all times while mentoring Trainers and Shift Supervisors to become future leaders in the store.

Position Type: Full time

Characteristics of a Chick-fil-A Manager:

Displays motivation skills that impact the team members and leaders positively
Stays in control under stress: not easily frustrated or overwhelmed / able to see solutions and guide others to quickly resolve problems
Takes responsibility for his/her actions
Meets deadlines, fulfills promises, and obligations
Strong communication and people skills
Has a good track record with relationships and performance within the store
Invested in personal growth and development
Invested in the lives of the Team Members and other leaders
