Overnight Case Manager - Shared On-Call (Trauma-Informed)

Heartland Family Service

Heartland Family Service in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks a Case Manager III for on-call overnight work within multiple residential programs serving trauma survivors, substance use, and mental health clients. The role includes 24/7 supervision of residents and collaboration with a team to provide trauma-informed care. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field with two years direct care experience, or equivalent.
