Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability Required, Early AM StartBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTORoute: Bishop, Ridgrecrest and surrounding communitiesHourly Pay Rate: $27.30If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position ResponsibilitiesTravel to accounts to confirm proper levels of product are stocked, rotated, displayed, and maintained along assigned routesAssist in training new merchandisers to ensure they can independently perform all required dutiesProvide route coverage for merchandisers as neededConduct go-behind route supervision to ensure that accounts are correctly servicedUtilize company-issued technology to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display/backstock photos, and maintain accurate records of account executionOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience7 months plus of general work experienceMust be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation.Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools.Preferred Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma/General Education DegreeBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
