POSITION SUMMARY

The Media Program Specialist is responsible for supporting all production related aspects of Outsell program delivery for assigned programs/products. This includes creating, editing, scheduling, and ensuring the quality of Email, Social, Mobile Campaigns and coordinating delivery of assigned programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up campaigns, coordinate receipt of program assets: data, images, videos, copy, and creative refresh.
• Assemble creative assets within the content management system for monthly communications.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure programs are ready to launch. Subject Matter Expert for all assigned production.
• Manage the content delivery schedules for the program and ensure deadlines are communicated and met.
• Coordinate and assist with program quality assurance (QA) processes including email creative/content and special email or web landing page functionality; troubleshoot and resolve outstanding issues.
• Responsible for identification, mitigation and communication of program performance issues and deliver to quality expectations.
• Configure reports regarding dealer communication or consumer email engagement.
• Create, review and revise training documentation.
• Demonstrate the values of Outsell in everyday interactions.
• Perform other duties as required.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in media production, marketing, or related field; and
• 1+ years of experience with media production, digital asset management, or marketing; or
• A combination of education and work experience is necessary to perform key responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Duties are performed in a regular office environment. Physical requirements include:

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time and performing long hours of work in office setting.
• Ability to effectively to communicate in person, electronically, and over the phone with customers, employees, and others internal to and outside of the organization.
• Mental focus for long periods of time.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a copy machine or printer.
• Ability to review and work with printed documents.
• Occasionally may lift objects, technology and office equipment weighing up to 15 pounds.
• Commuting by car and plane to headquarters periodically.
